About the Product

How is Suntory BOSS Coffee made? How is BOSS Coffee different from other ready-to-drink coffees?

Suntory BOSS Coffee differs from other ready-to-drink coffee brands because of its unique “flash- brew” process. While it’s new to the ANZ market, it has old roots in Japan. With this authentic Japanese-style process, coffee is brewed hot to unlock deep rich flavour, and then chilled down in seconds to lock it in. The result is a distinct, rich coffee flavour that is bold and well-balanced.

What does flash-brew mean?

In this authentic Japanese-style process, coffee is brewed hot to maximise the extraction of flavour compounds, then cooled down rapidly to preserve them. This as opposed to cold brewing, in which coffee grounds are steeped in unheated water.
